How Buying Works: Enquiry, Payment and Shipping

The checkout works slightly differently from a regular online store. Every order starts with a conversation. This page explains exactly how it works, what to expect and what to have ready before you get in touch.

When you’re ready to buy, step by step

1. You get in touch. Use the contact form on any product page or call us if you have already met with us. Tell us what you’re interested in.
2. We talk it through. In person or on the phone, whichever suits you. We will set up your account with OlyLife International.
3. Two ways to pay.
   a) If paying by credit card / debit card, we can email you a secure payment link where you enter your card details. This is time sensitive with a fast expiry so needs to be done either while we are on the phone or within about half an hour of us talking. If in person, you can input your card details on the spot. The charge on the card will be in US dollars and converted to your own currency by your bank.
   b) If you prefer to pay in Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars or US dollars by EFT transfer, we will give you our bank details. Then we convert it to US dollars and buy it for you. This option takes an extra day or two to cover the time needed for bank transfers but we will keep you up to date along the way.
   Once your payment is processed by OlyLife, you will receive a receipt. Once your order is shipped, there will be an invoice available as well.
4. We arrange shipping or, occasionally, hand delivery — see below.

What to have ready

• Your contact details and shipping address. If you are buying as a gift, you can set the shipping address to be either your own or that of the recipient. We ship to more than 150 countries! If you are close by to us here at DrummRoll Wellness, we may be able to organise local delivery, installation and instruction – see below.
• Your payment details. Debit card, credit card or be ready with your banking app to make a direct credit transfer.
• Your government ID will register you in the distributor network of OlyLife International. It will also register your product for warranty, repairs and customer service. Read more about it in the OlyLife Policies and Procedures here.

Pricing and shipping

Every price shown on this site is in USD and includes a compulsory 10% shipping and handling fee. We ship to more than 150 countries. The total price on each product page already includes this, along with an approximate AUD conversion at today’s exchange rate, so there’s nothing added on later that you haven’t already seen.

That 10% covers shipping from the manufacturer and any import taxes and duties along the way, not just the final courier delivery. If you are in a country that charges you more to collect your order, OlyLife will refund the amount for you on receipt of your invoice.

Local delivery, if you’re nearby

Depending on where you are and what we’ve got planned, personal hand-delivery and setup is sometimes possible instead of a courier shipment, This might include if we happen to be visiting your area for an event. It isn’t something we can promise in advance so, mention your location when you get in touch (there’s an option to flag this on the enquiry form) and we’ll let you know if it’s on the table. The 10% shipping and handling fee still applies either way because it covers getting your product here from the manufacturer, not just the last leg of the journey.

Buying more products in the future

Now, you’ve got your own OlyLife account. If you choose to buy more products at a later date, make sure to update the address. You can order through us again or log into the OlyLife account and order it yourself. There is no difference in the prices. All is still inclusive.
