We’re a small, Sydney-based business and, while some small businesses in Australia fall under an exemption from the Privacy Act 1988, we’ve chosen to follow the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as a matter of good practice rather than rely on that exemption.

If you mention a health condition or symptom in an enquiry to help us understand what you’re looking for, we treat that as sensitive information and only use it to respond to you, not for any other purpose.
We also collect some information automatically when you visit the site, such as your general location (city or region level), browser type, and which pages you visit, through standard website Google analytics.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and arrange the type of contact you’ve requested
- Send you our newsletter and updates until you unsubscribe

We share personal information with the third-party services that help us run the site and business, including:
